YOUR STAY

White Hut on Golflinks can host up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms. Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests only, with the exception of a Porta Cot. Configuration can be a mixture of 1 x King Bed or 2 Single Beds per guest room.

You will need to advise of your desired bed configurations when you are booking.

The total number of guests staying must not exceed the number of guests booked to stay.

There is a standard two-night minimum stay during Off Peak (May to September) and a standard three night minimum during Peak (School Holidays and Long Weekends from October to April) Minimum length of stay restrictions apply to certain rates.

Unfortunately, our property is not pet friendly.

A dog boarding facility (Sandy Grove Boarding Kennels) is located in close proximity to the property.

All of the linen and towels required for your stay, including kitchen, bathroom & beach are provided.

Please note that linen and towels are only provided for the number of booked guests. Fresh linen and towels will not be issued everyday, so we request that you hang and air-dry your towels on the rails provided. If for any reason any additional linen is needed, please advise us. There are additional charges for extra linen.

Kingston SE is known for its warm summers and cool winters. We have you covered.

For the summer months:

Ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms and living room. There is a reverse cycle airconditioner located in the lounge/dining area.

The beach is located 1.2km away.

For the cooler months:

Central heating is available in all bedrooms and the cinema room along with 2 wood fireplaces.

You will find a hairdryer, hand soap and body wash in the bathrooms. The kitchen has cleaning supplies and a small supply of coffee, tea and kitchen supplies ( baking paper, cling wrap, alfoil).

We welcome you to enjoy yourself. We want our property to be a place where great memories are created, but we are not a party venue.

You can cancel your booking 48 hours after booking confirmation and receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the details below.

OFF PEAK (May to September)

Cancellations received with greater than 7 days notice prior to arrival will receive a refund of all monies received.

Cancellations with less than within 7 days of arrival unless another booking can be secured will surrender all monies received.

PEAK (School Holidays and Long Weekends from October to April)

Cancellations received with greater than 14 days notice prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all monies received.

Cancellations with less than within 14 days of arrival unless another booking can be secured will surrender all monies received.

No Cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check-in. You will be charged the total of the reserved booking.

A booking can be rescheduled with no cancellation fee, provided 30 days notice has been given. The new booking date must be within 12 months from the original booking date. Rates may be subject to increase after your original booking or due to different tariffs; where this occurs, you will be required to pay the difference.
